Giselle Machado
Biography
Giselle Machado is a Brazilian professional athlete competing in the Wellness category of bodybuilding. She began her career in 2015, winning her first competition in the Bikini category, before transitioning to Wellness, where she gained significant international recognition.
Machado has participated in major professional competitions including the IFBB Arnold Classic and the IFBB Mr Olympia, where she finished in the top 5 twice (in 2023 and 2024). In 2025, she placed 15th at the Olympia—her lowest result—and subsequently changed teams and coaches to improve her performance.
In 2026, she competed at the IFBB Arnold Classic USA, placing 7th in the Women's Wellness category, and at the IFBB Arnold Classic UK on March 27, 2026, where she finished 2nd in the same division. Across her career, she has won over 48 titles, with 11 professional wins, making her one of the leading athletes currently active in the Wellness category.
Before turning professional, Machado worked as a seamstress and an administrator while studying. She was inspired by a bodybuilding event in Balneário Camboriú at age 19 and has since built a career combining hard work and talent. She now aims to achieve top honors at major international competitions.
